Hi, I’m a Washington DC based freelance designer, I primarily focus on the internet but I can also do not internet stuff as well. Things like logos, business cards, posters and packaging design are no problem. But getting back to the internet. I design websites using html and css and if you need a CMS I’ll build the site in WordPress. If you need something a little more flashy (puns always intended) I can create an animation or an entire site in flash. Additionally I can do html emails, banner ads, and help you with all the social media things you might need for your business. I tweet, I’m on linkedin and of course facebook. If I haven’t quite covered something you’re interested in, let me know and I’ll see what I can do or I can recommend someone that can.
Since people like to have a little background on who they work with and because the words I’m typing are so very rich in SEO content I’ll tell you a little bit about myself and my experience thus far.
I went to school at James Madison University, I was in the School of Media Arts and Design (affectionately know as SMAD) and graduated in the winter of the year 2000. Since graduating I’ve worked at Brainbox, Democracy Data and Communications, R+B Design (now Slice Design), EFX Media, and most recently SmithGifford. Working at these varied places I’ve learned a wide range of skills. From logo design to DVD menu and package design to my current wheelhouse web design.
Sometimes people like resumes even though the only thing really matters is my work (internet / not internet), but if you still would like one, just click here.
If you think I might be the designer for you, by all means contact me. It’ll be a fun.
